On 24th August 2025, Charlie Rose — one of our coaches — smashed the 8-hour, 12-hour and 24-hour muscle-up world records in a single session right here at Functional Fitness. He completed 2,150 muscle-ups in just 11 hours, 19 minutes and 13 seconds with perfect form, finishing on his own terms. You can read more on BBC News, or watch Charlie's mini documentary below.
